ABOUT US:
PURA Softwash is a family, veteran-owned business, locally operated in Connecticut. As homeowners and members of the community, we know firsthand what is like to first discover discoloring on your home and outdoor spaces. Whether on the rooftop, siding, fence, patio, children’s play area, walkway, shed or garage, that first discovery can leave people with more questions than solutions. We found ourselves there just a few years ago and wanted a more effective method than traditional power washing.
After learning the sources of the discoloring-it’s actually mold, mildew, biologics growing, we knew we need to sanitize and eliminate the growth-not just blast it around. Through the uses of superior products, equipment, and well-developed techniques our team @ PURA Softwash is able to customize cleanings based on the type of growth and the surface area. Sanitizing the surface allows results to last longer and we offer an annual membership which for a fraction of the cost of the original cleaning will keep that space looking new!

PATRICK
Patrick Perdue is the Founder of Pura Softwash. Patrick’s career began when he received his commission as an officer in the U.S. Navy, following graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy, entering the Naval Nuclear Power Program (Submarines).
Patrick attended Naval Nuclear Power Training School in Orlando, Florida and subsequently conducted his Nuclear Prototype training in Charleston, South Carolina. He had one last training stop at the U.S. Submarine Officer Training Program in Groton, Connecticut before being assigned to an operational submarine.
Following a nearly two-year training program, Patrick was assigned to the Gold Crew of the USS Maine, SSBN-741 in Kings Bay, Georgia. Patrick held various positions aboard the USS Maine such as Damage Control Assistant, Nuclear Machinery Officer and Tactical System Officer. He earned his submarine officer qualifications pin “Dolphins” off the coast of Bermuda, took a swim at one of the deepest points in the world’s oceans and was a liaison to the Brazilian Navy during his last patrol. Patrick completed five strategic missile patrols during his duty on the USS Maine, and was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal and various deployment awards. He received his Nuclear Power PE Certification from the DOE in 2000.
Following 9/11, Patrick extended his Navy duty and was selected to lead Navy Officer Recruiting and Navy Reserve Officer Training Corps Programs in the tristate area. As head of New York Officer Recruiting, Patrick and his team recruited doctors, nurses, lawyers, and line officers in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. It was during this time that Patrick attended and received MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Following graduation from NYU, Patrick spent the next 15 years in various investment banking and management roles at JPMorgan, Houlihan Lokey and others.
Patrick entered private equity and worked in senior management roles in successful start ups in the financial markets, home services and airline industries. Patrick helped finance and was a founding board member of Southern Airways Express Inc., which was a start-up airline in 2016 and currently has over 90 aircraft flying routes throughout the US and Hawaii.
Currently, Patrick is still involved in various private equity projects and he and his wife Renee, are owners of Mosquito Joe of CT Shoreline East.

ANTHONY
Anthony
Tony grew up in the small town of Derby, Connecticut. During high school, he wrestled varsity all four years, a sport that instilled in him discipline, determination, and resilience. After graduation, he entered the workforce, taking a position as an inspector at a prestigious concrete plant in Branford, Connecticut.
In 2011, Tony's path took an exciting turn when a co-worker introduced him to drones. After work, they would sit and watch drone videos, brainstorming the endless possibilities this technology could offer. A few years later, Tony purchased his first drone for just $30 on Amazon. The moment he flew it, he was hooked. He quickly upgraded to a more advanced model, and from that point on, his passion for drones only grew.
Drones are incredibly versatile, with countless applications across various industries. For Tony, one of the most exciting areas is drone photography and videography. Whether capturing stunning real estate shots or documenting construction progress, drones provide an unmatched vantage point.
One of the most rewarding aspects of Tony's work is seeing clients’ reactions when a drone is used to soft wash their homes. There’s something incredibly satisfying about restoring a surface to its original condition, and when clients are amazed by the results, it’s a moment of true fulfillment.
When he's not flying drones or working on new projects, Tony loves spending time with his large family, who all live nearby. He’s also a huge animal lover with two dogs and four cats. Music is another significant part of his life; Tony enjoys creating and writing music, often working on new pieces at night or whenever he has some free time.

JACK
JACK
A proud Connecticut native, Jack combines his love for the outdoors with a passion for helping homeowners keep their properties looking their best. When he's not transforming roofs and siding with the magic of softwashing, he's out on the golf course (chasing that 15 handicap) or carving turns on the ski slopes. With Sunday Morning by Maroon 5 playing in his AirPods and a smile on his face, Jack brings positive energy and attention to detail to every job. A true family guy, he enjoys spending time with his big, close-knit crew—especially his cousins—and treats every client like part of the extended family.
